13 sisters

Connect to 12 other mothers in their 1st year postpartum to share and hold space for each other, to witness each other’s transformation.

3 months together

We spend 3 whole months together to allow your process of integration to unfold at your own pace and to nurture a strong foundation for your journey.

6 live calls+women circles

We meet online every 2 weeks around full and new moons in integration calls and sacred women circles, where we soak up in our own medicine.

6 meditations

You get 6 meditations to support yourself through this journey, to soothe and ground you.

6 recorded practices

You have access to various pre-recorded practices, rituals, exercises to regulate your nervous system, to connect to your body and womb and to cultivate presence inside of yourself.

12 pre-recorded mini lessons

You have access to easy to understand and digest mini lessons, that help you expand your perspective on your own matrescence. These help you make more sense of your experience and normalize the complexity of this transformation.
